Online Chemical Inventory Database - Preliminary Stages (contact EH&S if you would like to help with development!)

If you do not like the online interface please save this database to your computer and submit it to Michael Burgess when you have filled it out if you do not already have one. If you do already have one please indicated if this inventory you are submitting is a replacement for your old inventory or should be in addition to your old inventory.
You will need to open the file, click on the forms section to the left. Open the form named results. Fill in that form do not make changes to the required fields or your chemical inventory submission will be rejected.
